Product description:

This type of product is designed to prevent the excessive temperature of water in the pipeline of eye washer from causing discomfort to human body when washing or washing eyes.

Design temperature: 5 ~ 65℃

Medium temperature: 15 ~ 35℃ (provided by the customer on site)

Size of water inlet: Rc 1-1/4’ ’ (Configurable according to customer requirements)

Outlet size: Rc 1-1/4’ ’ (Configurable according to customer requirements)

Anti-scalding valve: it automatically senses the water temperature, starts draining when the water temperature is higher than 32℃, and completely opens when the water temperature is higher than 37℃; When the water temperature is lower than 32℃, the valve is closed to stop drainage.

Indicating board: Fluorescent indicating board, which is convenient to find the equipment quickly at night.

Spray operation: operated by pull rod, once the valve is opened, it will not be closed for non-human reasons.

Eye shower nozzle: stainless steel soft water flow and anti-scour shower nozzle, equipped with automatic flow regulating valve, to ensure that the effluent is soft and cuddly.

Eye washing operation: adopt the linkage structure of basin and cover; When the eyewash basin is opened, the eyewash nozzle automatically sprays water, and when the lid is closed, the valve is automatically closed, which is very convenient to use.

Filter: A filter is provided at the entrance of eyewash to ensure the clean water quality.

Feedback: Each spray eyewash can be equipped with on-site acousto-optic alarm and remote control alarm.
